We are sending out an email to our customers alerting them of a change in location of our FTP site, and unfortunately anytime we add the URL for the new site, Pardot changes the URL.
I type: https://ftp.datalogics.com/
And when the email is sent, the link changes to read: http://info.datalogics.com/e/233852/2018-09-13/5t6n4/192722361
When I send test emails, the link shows up properly. It's only when it is actually sent that it changes. I have even tried unlinking the URL so that our customers just see what it should be, but when it is sent Pardot relinks it and changes the URL again.
I would appreciate any advice I could get on how to avoid this!
