Process builder email notification when changes are made on Task object within Service Console and not in Sales App

I built a process builder to send email notification up on task completion by an assignee to the task creator. The email notifications are working fine, But I would like to send email notifications only when a task activity is completed with in Service Console and not from Sales App. 

 

Currently, the email notifications are being send to all the task creators when a task is completed. I would like this functionality to be restricted to Service Console. 

 

Could someone please help me with it? Thanks!

    Hi Deepika,

     

    Process builders work based on criteria that you define. If it meets the criteria, it does what it is destined to do and it cannot identify whether you are in the console or not. 

     

    But inorder to meet your use case what you can do is you can add in an inline VF Page and place the field that triggers in that page. 

     

    Inline VF Page has abilities to identify whether you are in the console or not, when you are making updates to the field that is a part of the inline VF Page then you can do a check whether you are in console or not and then call your controller to do the DMLs.
