Contacts report that excludes campaign members

Hello. I need to mail to a large group of contacts and exclude members of a certain campaign. How can I pull a Contact or Account report that allows me to filter out these campaign members? Thank you.

Use a cross filter (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kP2QQDllk-s) on a Contacts report:

Contacts without Campaign History

- [specify filters from the campaign member object here]
