I was our users to be able to either have that same search option, or if they type in the name, use the record lookup, and it populates all the matches which they can then select on the next screen. Any suggestions?

Hi Megan,
You will not be able to do this using a single screen element, I would do the below on Screen1 I will have a Text box field where Users can input the name of the Account and then a Screen2 which will display the Account names that matches the text that user input in screen1.
