Cannot customize 'New Task'

Question

I know I'm close - I'm working in Lightning with NPSP. I'm working in a Campaign subtype. I'm not able to customize my "New Task"  'Status' picklist. I have found a number of "New Task" options in the Global Actions but I am unsure which one is the one I need to edit or if I need to create a brand new one just for this subtype. Appreciate any help.

Hi Ro,

Are you looking to add Picklist Value in Task Status Picklist?

Go to Setup-> Object Manager -> Task - > Fields & Relationships - > Status->

Then add Picklist Value by clicking on New Button.

New Task is a quick action creating a Task record. So you should go to the Task object then to the Status field and update the picklist like you would any other picklist.
