How to add a custom field to a custom advanced formula for a price book?

Our pricing for our products is complicated, and is also based off of a population - a custom field I've added to Accounts - is there any way to bring in that data to an advanced formula for our pricing?

 

Here is an example of what I would need:

 

Core Product A: Priced at 0.09193¢ per population served up to 700,000 people, and priced at 0.0513¢ after 700,000, with a minimum cost of $12,000.

 

So - for a city of 97,865 people the price would be $12,000

 

For a city of 345,988 people the price would be $31,806.68

 

and for a city of 932,456 the price would be $76,275.99

    I would suggest to maintain a jucnction object - Account and Product to maintain the price. The price in this table can be managed based in specific criteria on Account and product.
