i want to create a process which sends an email alert to the accounts contact person (email) when the custom account field "sms limit reached" is true.
My solution is to create a prozess with the prozessbuiler:
IF: the SMS limit field = true
Then: email alert
In the email alert i used the email field and i also tried it out with the account contact, but the email alert does not send a email to me (test account in sandbox).
If i check the email alert there is the information that this alert is not used by any rule. But i choose the rule in my process and the process is active.
So how can i connect the alert with the process?
Or do u now where the misstake is?
