Can't select Campaign member record type when creating campaign in Lightning

In Classic, when creating a campaign I get a picklist to choose both the campaign record type and the campaign member record type.

 

However in Lightning I only get the option to select the campaign record type?

    Thanks Sonika - is there anything specific I should be looking out for in that link?

     

    I have already created record types and they are visible for my profile etc. I am able to select the campaign member record type in Classic via the picklist, however I don't see the option for this in Lightning.
