Noo, dont have a common account! is not what Im suggesting here :S
- add to your process that creates a contact today to add an account too (one per contact)
- Or dont create either and have process so that the user can create both account and contact upon hadleling the case. (Maybe with flow so they have the option to either create a business or a household account)
