I'm trying to map our Yesware email activity to tasks and I've built the workflow below. Above is an example of how the tasks pop up in SF today, however I want to map them to a certain Task type rather than being mapped to "-".
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to map this effectively that I'm missing?

Hi Drew,
To my understanding, you have a managed package/integration creating Tasks and you would like to map Task Type based on the Subject of that Task. Your process looks like it should work, so you may want to test it by manually creating a Task to see if the correct Type will be assigned. However, I'm not so sure if the Task generated from the package will also behave the same way as standard Task creation. Have you tested this with Yesware created Tasks?
