Hi SF Community,
I created a custom object and want to restrict users to only see the list view that I've built for them. We are then exposing this to our external users through community cloud. Does anyone know how to restrict list view to the assigned view but user profile? See Screenshots below:

It looks like you might be working in a community and want to restrict the available list views.
Switch to Classic, edit your list view, and at the bottom you'll see an option to set visibility
If you only want your internal users to see the view, select 'All Internal Users' and if you want the list view to only be visible for Partners, select the 'All Partner users' list view.
