YoY Growth in Reports

Question

I am trying to create an Opportunity Report that shows Year over Year Growth. Here is an example. Deal Content is a custom field on our opportunities that basically separates our sales into product type. I am able to get the report set up, EXCEPT for the percent change column which is a calcution of the row amounts. FY2019 Value/FY2018 Value -1 is the formula. For example, the value should be 20% for Type 1 Sum of Amount and 10% for Type 1 Record Count.
