We have seen a few errors since the update. One in particular deals with the ability to submit a case without logging into our Salesforce community. This is a key function for our service and success. Has anyone else had issues since the upgrade on Saturday ? Ours users are seeingthe message "Oops ! Something went wrong. Please refresh the page adn try again."   After refresh the same error occurs ...

    Hi Mark,

     

    First, I'd log a case with Salesforce support. There are a few issues that have been identified from the release that could be causing this.

     

    Second, are you receiving this message in the public community page?  Or do users access this on a separate website?
