I was wondering if this is the way to go, if you'd like to send an email directly from SF1 app.
So everytime I'm clicking on an email address while being in the SF1 app, it ask me to open sales force inbox (a second app) in order to send this email.
Is this the way to go?
Isn't it possible to send out an email from SF1 app without being transfered to the other app (salesforce inbox)?
Since the email that I'd like to send out should automatically be logged to the object in SF afterwards,it doesn't help me if I send this email from my device mail app for example.

Unfortunately SF1 does not support logging the email automatically. Kindly vote for this idea here : https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=08730000000l2mKAAQ
As for your second question, I don't think theres a workaround for not using salesforce inbox.
