From a school of higher education. The director office has requested that we check to ensure a contact does not receive any emails from any of our lists in Salesforce or Exact Target. We do not have any email addresses for this contact, but would like to make sure a contact does not receive any communication. What is the best way to proceed? Do we go ahead and create a Contact Record in Salesforce, and then global unsubscribe that without an email address....or just leave alone?
The person is not a Salesforce user, does not have a contact record, and we do not have an email address for the them. We want to make sure that no communications are ever sent to them.
