Email Alert for Specific Subject in a Task

Question

I know it is not possible to create a workflow rule that will create an email alert for task. I am trying to find a way to send out an email (to static email)  when a user logs a mail merge under a with a specific subject. Thanks!

Hi Jennifer,

Thats right you cannot use the standard email alert action on task object.
