Emails do not send

I'm an admin for small non-profit. When one of my users with full admin permissions attempts to send an email from a donation, nothing happens. I also tried sending a test email. Nothing happened, no errror message. Emails are sending fine from other users.

    So I added myself and my user's emails to organization wide.

     

    We both verified.

     

    Both accounts can send from my email, neither account can send from her email.

     

    So it's something with her email. Any ideas?
