Opportunity Territory Id on the majority of Opportunity records due to which these oppty records get pulled in All Oppty reports but not in My Team's Oppty reports. I have checked that if I populate terr id in these oppty records via workbench, then they get pulled in My Team's Oppty reports. This has affected all our dashboards :(.
Question: Isn't the Terr Id on Oppty record supposed to auto-populate as part of oob functionality (that is, based on the Owner's Terr association)?
Has anyone encountered this? Is writing a before insert trigger on oppty the only way out? Btw, I have run the terr assignment rules manually but for no good.
