Need a Formula that calculates 6 months from today

Hello Support.

I manually set a date field on Contacts called NPS 6 month date, this is date the contact will receive their first NPS, this is sent to the contact via a workflow email alert.

What I need is a formula. Once the NPS 6 month Date = TODAY, set the Next NPS Date field to TODAY + 6 months (business days only). can you help me create this formula? Thank you!
