Conditional Default values in the Flow Builder a Screen input Text field

Can the default field be conditional? Something like IF(ISBLANK(workOrder.InternalReport__c), "Default 1", "Default 2")

What I would do is create a flow formula with that in it then put the formula in as the default value.
