I activated "Compose Gmail" but when some employees go to use it it defaults to their personal gmail account instead of the company gmail account.  Is there a way to correct this?

reason being, when they logged in , they used the personal id first... and then logged into the work email. The wasy way out is to train the users to log in to the Work email 1st (which makes it default)   hope that helps !
