Best Practices and Frameworks for Communicating New Release Features

Does anyone have any good strategies/frameworks for documentation that they use to communicate and evaluate new release features to a wider team?

I have recently started as a Salesforce Administrator at a large company - one of my roles will be to review upcoming changes/features in New Releases and identify any relevant sections for the organisation
