Custom "Last Activity Subject" field on Object

Question

I have created a custom text field called "Last Activity Subject" on the Account, Contact and Opportunity objects. When a new activity is logged, I would like the subject of that activity to also populate on the new field. What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

Hi Christopher   You would need to create 4 flows:   1 on creation on tasks   1 on deletion on tasks   1 on creation on events   1 on deletion on events   For the creation ones, you can update the field on the Account by using a Get Record element where you find the Account which ID is the same as the Task (or event) Related to ID then use an Update Record element to update the date field   For the deletion ones, you'll need to check if the deleted task or event date is the same as the date in your account field, if it is, loop through the existing activities and find the highest date and populate the field on account with it
