Update the File owner if Record owner is changed.

Question

Hello, I wanted to check if there is a way to update the File Owner if Record owner is changed. In my Org when somebody moved out of the team we assign particular record to new user and file owner is still the old user. I was wondering can I create any flow/process builder that can also update file Owner simultaneously.
