When a new lead is submitted it creates a record. If a second lead with the same email is submitted, it updates "Activity History". How do i get automated notifications for this? Or multiple leads created?

It works just fine if I manually create a lead but the second one comes in from an online form, the notifications don't send. How do I fix this? I've heard that I should use the process builder but I am on Professional addition and have maxed out on my processes. Is there a work around? Or can I set it up to create a new lead every time?

Are you looking for a notification when a Lead is updated instead of just when it is initially created?
