How do I go about resolving this profile issue, error message below.

If you are trying to remove permissions from multiple objects at a time (as the error and your steps indicate), then you have to switch back to the old Profile editor since that allows you to make several changes before you Save. Under Setup > Customize > User Interface, turn off the Enhanced Profile Editor. Then, you can edit the profile, remove the perms for both objects (and any other that pop errors), and then save. Don't forget to turn the Enhanced Profile Editor back on when you're done to make your normal Admin life easier.
