I'm wondering how companies handle the next situation (as im sure a lot of us have this problem)
We have email to case configured (working as expected) but when a customer sends an email with an attachment larger then 18 mb, no case will be created and also no error message will be received (the customer also does not receive any error message)
This means that our client needs to dig through emails (in outlook) to see if the customer sent an email... this is highly ineffective....
There is an idea around this https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A0000003ahNQAQ but voting on it (which i did) does not solve the issue right now
I'm wondering how other companies work around this? Are there any nice workarounds? What do you do?
Please enlighten me :)
Possibly add a cc email to the email to case or even switch to web-to-case so the file size is never an issue?
