When users in my org add SharePoint links to Files Connect in lighting, the links do not provide a preview of the document. When we click "Open in SharePoint" we are directed to a file detail page in SharePoint (not the file itself). By clicking on the parent folder and back into the document in SharePoint we can access what we need. Why does the Files Connect Link in SF not take us directly to the file itself in SharePoint?
