Contact Rating

When a new contact is added from Data.com (Jigsaw) I want the contact rating to be a certain value by default.  Can you tell me how I might do this with as much detail as possible (step-by-step).  Right now the default is Lead and I want to change it to something else.

    Hey Carl,

     

    I think you can update the mapping and if the field is mapped with a picklist then change default of your picklist.

     

    Follow below and check mapping.

     

    Set Up -> Data.com Administration ->Field Mapping
