I've created a csv file from my contacts in excel but it keeps coming up as failed when i try to import them to Lightning even tough they uploaded to IQ no problem.
I downloaded my contacts from IQ to a csv file aswell but Lightning still won't accept this.
I'm the absolute beginner and not very technical so apologies.

Try to save it as UTF8 encode, appart from csv
