Can anyone please point me to the right direction? I wanted to create a new page layout for a different kind of agreement. I cloned one of the existing page templates. Now, my issue is that I can't make it to work so that I get a new value in the droddown menu when I am creating new agreeement/record.
Currently, when creating new record, the initial screen would ask for agreement category > agreement sub-category > contract type (record type). How do I add a new agreement category (Intercompany), sub - category (Intercompany), contract type (Intercompany). I already added Intercompany in the value list under agreement category pick list. I also added intercompany under sub-category, then in the include/exlude list, I made sure that Intercompany sub-category is chosen under Intercompany category. My record type is also name Intercompany.
When I do the preview in each of this pick list, I see that it's working. But when launching the Agreements custom object and click "New", I still see old values and my new value is not showing.
I checked system admin profile and Intercompany record type is checked.
Can you please tell me what else I am missing? I am using Classic SF by the way.
