I'm looking to set up various email templates for my organization using the Content Builder tool. Specifically, I'm looking to set up a series of master templates with the option to add various zones with the pre-defined formatting and styles. However, I'd like to have these set-up so the builder can choose to apply all available zones or limit the application of the pre-defined set. If this is an option then how does this work, is there a specific feature in the properties? Or is the user restricted to how the template is set up in that specific layout and zone order? Also, is there an option to lock down the number of zones, a maximum, an individual can add content blocks to?
Then I've been testing out a few options, creating templates and sharing them to a specific business unit, however, when another user of the same business unit goes in to test the build out the template is not available, when I go back to check the sharing permissions these are listed as 'Not Shared'. I've attempted to share the template and the image assets and repeatedly have the same issue.
