Our OWD is for Accounts and Contacts to be Private, with sharing rules set up so that everyone in the same role can view them.  Activities are therefore controlled by this.

 

I'd like to be able to set up a list view so teams can see each other's activities.  They can view them when accessing them via a related record but they do not show on reports or lists.

 

Is there any way to do this?

    If you want a List View that shows all Activities a user can access, you would just remove any ownership filters and select "All Activities" instead of "My Activities"

     

    Do the opposite if you do not want them to see each other's activities. Maybe you use both... Just label the List views appropriately.
