To my knowledge, you can't go directly from LinkedIn to Salesforce to import/create new contacts.
You do have the option to export your connections from LinkedIn though which will put them in a *.csv file which can be manipulated for use with the DataLoader bulk insert tool. Depending on your organization, you may have the ability to import contacts using the Import Contacts wizard as well but regardless you want to get them into Excel first.
