Are there any System Admins out there who have tried to install Blocker for Chatter & get a "Install Failed Error"? I was told that it had to do something with the SForce servers that they were updating but as of today I still can't install it Anyone know

Typically in the installation failure email you will see an error like 15213095(-24146124) if you submit that in a case to Salesforce with the org id of where you are installing it they can look up the error and determine why the install is failing, the app installed in my sandbox without issue.
