When I go to personal information, edit & change it It gives a message saying that the new email address user must verify the change. Then the user gets an email message stating that your System Adm has requested to change the email address but does not give any way for the user to respond to confirm it
Does anyone know what the problem with this is & how I can change the email address of a user?
As simple as it should be it is not working.
Could it be something with the hierarchy?

Hi,
2 emails will be sent when you chnage a user's email address.- The first email goes to the old email address just to notify the user that someone has asked for the change.
- The second email goes to the new email address. In this email, there is a link that says "To confirm your new email address, click this link:", the user just has to click it and the new email address would be confirmed.
