
Here's the question:
We are wanting to transfer our files from Google Drive to SF
An IT Consultant is telling us that he has to "link" each account to SF one at a time.
This sounds very cumbersome I know data can be imported but linking one at a time sounds like were 10 years back
Anyone have some expert insite into this? We don't want this taking longer than is absolutely necessary.

Drive Connect would be another way to tackle your problem. Rather than uploading them all to Salesforce why not leave them in Drive and just link to them. Storage will be much cheaper. Drive Connect has a viewer that opens up in Salesforce so you can interact with the files right there without leaving Salesforce:
