I'm trying to add an additional item to a related list on a customised Opportunity layout. But I can't work out how I can find the picklist to add the fields too? I've looked in both 'Fields' and 'Page Layouts'.

Thanks so much for the responses so far.
I'm adding an an item to the picklist attached to the Selected Field in the related list. TheField that the picklist relates to is already in the Selected Fields list.
It is a Visualforce page so I'm now thinking that this isnt going to be something I can do...I'm not a developer!
