Create a flow to display a UI then update a task

I am trying to create a flow that once a task is created from a ticket it pops up a UI with some fields to be entered but I can't find how to update the task that has been created for that ticket.

 

Does anyone know how to do this?

    It is auto created when a check box is set to true. Ideally I would like the update to the task happen inside the ticket so once the task is created it will auto pop up with the set fields for the user to fill in and then update the task with the information.

    It needs to be as automated as possible
