I am trying to merge accounts and I encountered following error message
"Your attempt to delete Merge Test account could not be completed because it is associated with the following cases. If the following table is empty,
it is because you do not have access to the records restricting the delete.
Case NumberSubjectStatusDate/Time Opened"
I do have delete permission on Accounts and Edit permission on Cases. But the case owner is different owner. Please advise. Thank you.
