When creating a custom opportunity report I include three colums which have number type data in them and I would like to create another column which will contain the summarized data from the previous three colums, how can I achieve this?

When you say summarized what are you trying to do exactly? Do you want to calculate the fields in some way or are you trying to have a column with a concatenation of the other 3 columns?
