I like to receive my Daily Digest emails; however, I am wondering if there is a way to manage certain types of notifications?
For example, I am happy to know when the Amount value has been changed in an Opportunity, but I don't need to be notified when it changed from a blank value to 0.00. And, I also don't need to be notified when I am the one who made the change.

Hi ... I am one step closer to an answer here ... I have found the following:
Setup > Customise > Chatter > Feed Settings
You can then go through the various Objects and select which Fields you would like to receive Chatter notifications for.
However, I believe that changing this here will change it Org wide, but, I still want them turned on, but would just like to be able to add some criteria to them. That is, don't send this notification to the person who made the change, and don't send this notification when the Amount is being changed from blank to 0.00.
Any thoughts?
