Is there a way to have it pull from an email field on the account? Our system is very manual at the moment and I'm just creating and populating Accounts - not Contacts... but need to be able to send emails.
If you Send Email from a Contact, the To will be filled in (since the Contact record is a person). If you Send Email from an Account, there is no "person" to pre-fill into the To field.
