Include user details in email for new user creation (Single Sign On)

Question

Hello you clever people.  We are using a Single Sign On tool so users are set up from the SSO programme.  They are set up on Salesforce with a default role and profile, which triggers an email to me so I can amend them. How do I get the actual user detail link to appear on the email?  I have tried {!User.Link} but this gives me the link to the admin account that created the user.  I can't find a detail link for Target User, is it possible?
