When the case checkbox 'opportunity required' is ticked, a process creates a new opportunity based on the account the case is against. The relevant price book is associated to the opportunity. So far, so good.
From the case, I wanted the user to select a product from a drop down and to add the price in another field, so that they only had to do this, plus tick the 'opportunity required' box and save. I wanted the opportunity with products to then be generated from that, but I can't work out how to link the products.
Can anyone help please?

Sara, in your Flow:
Lookup the Case to get the values for the product and opp info (product, amount, etc)
Create Opp with correct info (linked account)
-make sure to save the ID so you can refernce it when making the Opp Line Item
-set the Pricebook
Lookup Product Price Book Entry (get ID)
Create a Opp Line Item ( linked to opp, pricebook entry)
