Different quote template based on currency

Our UK quote templates need to contain different information to our US quote templates.  Is there a way of automating which quote template is used based on the currency?  So when you create the quote in GBP and create the PDF, you only have the GBP template offered, and the same for USD?

 

My simple option would just be to create 2 templates, one for each currency, and let people choose but we want to reduce the risk of accidental user error.

    Hi Sarah, 

     

    This can be done through CPQ, but I assume you're using standard Quotes, is that right? If so, the only way I can think of that might be able to handle this is by using flow. Instead of the standard create PDF button, users could launch a flow that attempts to create a PDF using the appropriate template id based on the currency. Let me know if you're newer to flows and would need assistance mocking this up.
