Mapping a custom Lead Field

When I go to customize my Lead Fields, and click on "Map Lead Fields" , and then click on the field I want to map, I do not see the corresponding custom field in Accounts.  I see many of the other custom fields, but not the one I want.

 

Also, can you Map Lead Fields to more than one Object?  If so, how?

    What is the field type of the field you want to map your lead field to?

     

    To ensure that you want to map a single lead field to more than one object, you can overwrite the standard button and write custom code and make the mapping as per your organization needs
