Process Builder - Email Alert - How to write a formula

I'm building an Email Alert in the Process Builder.  I want to be able to automatically send an email once the expiration date (which the "expiration date" has it's own field) reaches that date.  What would the formula be?

    Hoping someone sees this. :-)

     

    I have an email alert set up  (no rule) to be fired by PB.

     

    I need the email to be sent 7 days after an agreement is set to

     

    Out for Signature. I have tried that as my criteria and the date sent as the criteria.

     

    Still nothing.

     

    Can anyone show the process to do this, please? I am probably missing something small.
