This term "standard object architecture and relationship model" only appears - from what I can tell - in the module, "Administrator Certification Prep: Setup and Objects." Based on my studies and the information contained in that module, I'm of the belief that this refers to two topics - (1) understanding object relationships (see Object Relationships Overview documentation in Help) and (2) understanding the various standard objects and how they are used in Salesforce. Both of these topics are covered in the Data Modeling module on Trailhead. It's unfortunate that a guide designed to prep us for certification uses language that's not used elsewhere, but it does not appear to any more complicated than understanding how objects work.
