Can I create a lead from a won opportunity?

After an opportunity is won for new equipment, I'd like to create a Lead for our service team

Hi Diana,

You can achieve this in Process Builder. When an Opportunity is Closed/Won (with another criteria of Type "New Equipment"?) then create an immediate action to create a record of Object Type Lead. You would need to specify the values of this new record: Name, Status, Lead Owner, and etc.
